Orders

  • Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is made or once funds have cleared.
  • Prices and delivery chargers may change at any time.
  • Photos of Gifts by Ayla are not to be stored, copied, published, or used as own without the permission of Ayten.

Products

All of our items in our baby gift sets arrive to our studio brand new in packaging, ready to be used. It is at our own discretion if you wish to wash any products before use.

Food/Drinks/Products

Please be mindful of any food allergies you and recipients may have and it is strongly recommended that you/recipient checks ingredients/dates before consuming. We do not take any responsibility any reactions caused in the unlikely event. PLEASE CONSUME/SHARE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS WITH CARE.

Delivery

  • Our courier company deliveries Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please keep that in mind if ordering on a Friday to avoid disappointment.
  • We cannot provide you with the exact time and date of your delivery but do provide tracking details or confirmation once delivery has been made.
  • Please ensure that you have clear delivery instructions e.g authority to leave in safe area or signature required. If no instructions are given, signature required will be automatically selected.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods once delivery has been made.
  • When placing an order please ensure you have correct details, e.g street address, street number, suburb etc… Misspelt details could result in further delays and delivery costs. A refund will not be given if incorrect details are given and if order is delivered to wrong address and not returned.
  • Orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on Monday.
  • Personalised Gift Boxes may take between 1-2 Days to be dispatched from our studio as the process for personalisation is time consuming. We try our very best to send out the next business day.

Weekend Deliveries

Our courier company does not deliver on weekends. We may be able to hand deliver your order which an appointment will need to be made and is subject to availability. (Melbourne Metro only). A $15-$20 fee will apply.

Public Holiday Deliveries

Our courier company does not deliver on public holidays. We may be able to hand deliver your order which an appointment will need to be made and is subject to availability. (Melbourne Metro only). A $15-20 fee will apply.

Free Local Delivery

  • We offer free local delivery to the following suburbs (Melbourne, Victoria)
    – Wollert, Epping, South Morang, Mernda, Lalor, Thomastown, Mill Park, Bundoora
  • With our free local delivery service, generally orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Pick Up Orders

Free curb side pick up of orders is available by appointment only. Please select ‘pick up’ and comment date and time you would like to pick up in the notes section when checking out. We will contact us you to confirm pick up appointment. Otherwise, feel free to contact us to book in a time to collect.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel you order, 8 hours notice must be given from the time of booking and a $20 cancellation fee will be charged (which is deducted from the total amount paid). If your order has been dispatched with our courier, a cancellation can not be accepted.
  • Cancellation refunds could take up to 10 business working days. Alternatively, we could refund into your nominated bank account which could take up to 3 business working days to clear.

Refunds

  • Please select carefully as we do not give refunds if you have changed your mind.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for an orders with personalisation.
  • Refunds will not be given for late courier deliveries that are out of our control.
  • If you order has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately (within 2 days) where we can replace your order or refund your order. If a refund is selected, the gift order will need to be returned which we will provide you with mailing stationary. Once the items have been returned, we will process a refund.
  • Refunds could take up to 10 business working days. Alternatively, we could refund into your nominated bank account which could take up to 3 business working days to clear.
  • When placing an order please ensure you have correct details, e.g street address, street number, suburb etc… Misspelt details could result in further delays and delivery costs. A refund will not be given if incorrect details are given and order has been delivered to wrong address and not returned. Please contact us immediately if you have realised incorrect details have been given as we may be able to rectify before we order a courier.
