Refund Policy
At Gifts by Aya we do our very best to ensure that our clients are happy with their purchases and do everything in our power to resolve any issues, changes and requests. Please contact us immediately if you are experiencing delays with your order or if you order has been damaged during transit.
Cancellations
- Due to the turnaround of our service- next day dispatch from our offices, we unfortunately do not offer cancellations.
Refunds
- Please select carefully as we do not give refunds if you have changed your mind.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for an orders with personalisation.
- Refunds will not be given for late courier deliveries that are out of our control.
- If you order has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately (within 24hours) where we can replace your order or refund your order. If a refund is selected, the gift order will need to be returned which we will provide you with mailing stationary. Once the items have been returned, we will process a refund.
- Refunds could take up to 10 business working days. Alternatively, we could refund into your nominated bank account which could take up to 3 business working days to clear.
- When placing an order please ensure you have correct details, e.g street address, street number, suburb etc… Misspelt details could result in further delays and delivery costs. A refund will not be given if incorrect details are given and order has been delivered to wrong address and not returned. Please contact us immediately if you have realised incorrect details have been given as we may be able to rectify before we order a courier.
